Weekly camps provide an opportunity for participants to hone their skills in a competitive and safe environment. These events rotate on a bi-weekly basis. Please be sure to look at our schedule.
Personal training provides a setting that is more conducive to 1-on-1 coaching. It is here that our staff can better assess just how to help the participant. Personal training sessions are individualized. Before beginning a small group session we discuss what the athlete’s needs are and from there we work to execute a plan that develops that given area. Combined with our personal training methods, and the shared information from our athletes, we have program that yields results.
We often host and travel to exposure events. These unique events provide the athletes with the opportunity to showcase their skill set against competition locally and nationally.
Team Training and youth clinics allow for our staff to come in and work with your coaching staff and players. So for the weekend warrior Dad helping with his or hers child’s youth team this allows for us to work together share information, drills, techniques etc. We all share the common goal of wanting the participants to have a positive experience with the game that we all love.
